Photographic Consent

Team Kaizen seeks your approval to include your son / daughter in any photographic and video imaging during Team Kaizen activities, the approval covers any future use of the images and videos for purposes including

– Independent learning aids for students
– Internal publicity
– External publicity

The images and videos will be used to support publication for Team Kaizen or for the training purposes as an example of good practice

Videographic Consent

During classes Team Kaizen film parts of the session, these recordings allow Team Kaizen to keep track of progress and also make necessary assessments. To aid in the students development Team Kaizen upload session videos to the student’s class page, this page is unlisted and can only accessed by students who are given a link to the page
