Established in 2008, True Kaizen was created to provide the UK’s best dancers and choreographers. True Kaizen aim to meet the high demand when it comes to supplying professional dance services, we aim to deliver a quality service every time with the ‘Kaizen’ philosophy.
Team Kaizen ‘The Dance Specialist’ is an elite team of dancers, the group comprises the core teaching and entertainment programme. All members of Team Kaizen are working professionals within the dance industry, every dancer comes with a vast amount of teaching and performing experience in various Street Dance Styles.

In 2012 the Team Kaizen Dance Academy was created in order to preserve the Street Dance legacy by teaching students the history, foundations and techniques.
The Team Kaizen Dance Academy is taught by members of Team Kaizen who specialise in various Street Dance styles.

KAIZEN?
The word ‘Kaizen’ is literally translated from the Japanese business philosophy for ‘continuous improvements’
Coming away from the business philosophy the word ‘Kaizen’ can also be broken down and translated as followed, ‘Kai’ means change and ‘Zen’ means good, when you put both broken down meanings together you get ‘change for the good’. Our vision is to make the ‘Kaizen’ principle a way of life by making huge changes to society in small steps.
